MP-4
the MP-4 gas mask was designed as a successor to the Szm41m gas mask. The MP-4 mask is a copy of the American M-17 gas mask. Produced from the 1970s to the 1990s, it was created in 3 versions of the MP-4 (discussed here) made of green rubber and with a copy of the M-17 mask cover, MP-4m made of gray rubber and with a slightly changed pattern on the cover of the voice chamber, and the last MP- 4B, which had a device for collecting fluids (Less professional: it had an additional water bottle connected to the mask with a tube). The colloquial name "Bulldog" comes from interestingly placed in cheeks, which resembles the face of this dog. MP-4 combined filter masks protect against combat gases (BST) but do not protect against ammonia and carbon monoxide, which means that they are not applicable in various types of factories. Combined filters, which are the biggest advantage of this mask, are unfortunately also its biggest disadvantage, unfortunately, replacing one such filter for efficient hands takes about a minute, which when it is necessary to change the filter means death for the soldier, therefore the MP-4 masks have never replaced the SZm41m masks, which replacement of the combined filter does not take more than 15 seconds.
Unfortunately, my mask is in poor condition because I saved it from being thrown in the garbage
