License Plate

A very interesting license plate from the Polish People's Republic period. It is interesting because the number 1 is struck towards the center (most were struck towards the outside) and the city designation PO (PO-Poznań [large city in Poland]) is at the end of the number (usually it would be PO-70-27 and this one has 70-27-PO which is strange)
